Janie Hand is a native of Texas.  She attended Lee University where she met her husband, Marcus.  They spent several years in pastoral ministry before moving to Cleveland where he assumed a leadership position.

Janie has served in the Research Center since 1995.  She enjoys her job very much.  She especially loves meeting new people and seeing old friends that come in the Center.  She says, “It is always interesting to hear the stories that people tell relating to the history of the church.”

She loves spending time with family and also enjoys gardening, reading and traveling.
